The competitiveness of world packaging and China's packaging (Part 2)

the four pillar materials of the modern packaging industry -- paper, plastic, metal and glass. Among these four kinds of packaging materials, paper products have the fastest growth, a wide range of raw materials, and are not as fragile as glass, nor as heavy as iron, easy to carry, nor will there be so many adverse environmental problems of plastic. Therefore, paper packaging is widely used in daily life, and is considered to be the most promising and potential packaging material. The International Health Organization and domestic environmental protection experts believe that non-toxic and harmless "all paper environmental protection bags" must be used for shopping in the future. In addition, China must also accelerate the development of regional and large-scale packaging industrial enterprises. Some coastal packaging enterprises should start to implement the plan of developing the west, and the packaging enterprises should form a large group and scale to resist the competition of foreign packaging enterprises, develop China's packaging industry, and promote the rationalization and high-level development of the packaging industrial structure

3. Be in line with international standards and adopt international standards: what export earns foreign exchange is doing business in the international market. If you want to play a big role in the international market competition, you must strive to make your products internationalized and "connect" with the international market. An important way to realize product internationalization is to actively introduce internationally recognized standards to regulate the production behavior of enterprises, so as to eliminate "technical barriers in trade". In order to win the victory in the international business war, the standards of products in many developed countries show a "reverse increase" pattern, that is, the national standards are higher than the national standards, the ministerial standards are higher than the national standards, and the internal control standards of enterprises are higher than the ministerial standards, so that their own product standards work is in the forefront of the international standards, and based on this, they constantly refresh the international standard indicators, effectively promoting the process of product internationalization driven by technological innovation, Ensure that their foreign trade products occupy a large share in the international market. For example, many world-renowned enterprises in Japan have always ranked among the top enterprises in the world in terms of product internationalization. One important reason is that their products have generally introduced international standards

in fact, many international standards of products are created by these enterprises. Therefore, among consumers all over the world, Japanese products have become the best-selling products in the international market for many years. However, some product standards in China still show a "decreasing" pattern, that is, national standards are lower than international standards, ministerial standards are lower than national standards, and enterprise standards are lower than ministerial standards. Some enterprise product standards are even consistent for decades, obsolete, and a few products even have no standards to rely on. Even if such products can be exported abroad for a while, they often have a high performance rate and a high claim rate. Many experiences show that adopting international standards to improve product quality is not only a prerequisite for promoting the internationalization of Chinese enterprises' products, but also the potential to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises' products in the international market. As long as our enterprises enhance their awareness of competition, actively adopt international standards, and actively create conditions to formulate internal control standards that exceed the international standards, and generally use spoke sensors, so as to ensure the high quality of products with the high standards of carbon fiber reinforced composite molding and processing technology exhibited at the recent ipf2014 (2014 Japan International Plastic Machinery Exhibition), It can make our products take a decisive step on the road of internationalization

4. Formulate national green packaging development rules: the so-called green packaging requires the least packaging materials, the least waste, resource-saving energy, easy recycling and recycling, waste combustion to produce new energy without secondary pollution, the least packaging materials and self decomposition, and no environmental pollution. After joining the WTO, green packaging has become a new non-tariff barrier. Therefore, the packaging industry must strengthen the awareness of non pollution and adapt to the new competition caused by the new standards and regulations put forward by various countries for packaging materials and waste. Therefore, to develop China's packaging industry, we should strive to implement the following four points:

(1) implement the "green design" plan, advocate appropriate packaging, pay attention to reducing packaging, establish an effective packaging waste recycling system, improve the recycling rate of packaging, and develop reusable packaging

(II) we should strengthen policy guidance and support, research and develop high-performance and functional packaging materials that are harmless to the ecological environment or have little pollution, which is conducive to resource recovery and regeneration. Enterprises engaged in packaging waste treatment should implement preferential policies and enjoy preferential policies for the environmental protection industry

(III) strengthen tax reform and impose consumption tax on disposable plastic packaging, wooden disposable chopsticks and other environmentally damaging products

(IV) attach importance to ISO-14000 international environmental management standards and implement environmental labels

5. Develop education, strengthen the training and introduction of talents, and take the road of joint development of industry, University and research: the development of packaging technology, the development of global market and the strong growth of packaging industry will inevitably rely more and more on the development of packaging education and the development of packaging human resources. In the United States, Michigan State University is the first university in the world to offer a master's course and award a bachelor's degree. 1. The average molecular weight is about 350000 ~ 8million. It has been innovating in this field for 50 years. At present, it can award a doctorate in packaging. In China, for a long time, due to the neglect of the role of packaging education and science and technology in the development of packaging industry, the human resources of packaging enterprises can not be quickly transformed into real productivity, resulting in the low stock of human capital in packaging enterprises. Coupled with the increasingly serious brain drain phenomenon in the packaging industry, the overall scientific and technological level of China's packaging industry is relatively backward. On the one hand, there is a lack of scientific and technological achievements, on the other hand, some scientific and technological achievements cannot be transformed into productive forces in time

In view of this, at this stage, China should pay close attention to the cultivation and introduction of talents, take the development of talents as the fundamental strategy for the development of China's packaging industry, improve the awareness of talent development, and cultivate an excellent team of packaging experts; We should increase investment in packaging education and strengthen post technical training and continuing education in the packaging industry; We should gather high-quality talents in the packaging industry, establish a talent development center, constantly master the latest development trends and technologies in the same industry abroad, digest and absorb them, and promote the improvement of production technology and product development of packaging enterprises. Only in this way can we improve the overall strength of China's packaging industry in the competitive world economy

in addition to paying attention to the quality of spare parts
