For example, many world-renowned enterprises in Japan have always ranked among the top enterprises in the world in terms of product internationalization. One important reason is that their products have generally introduced international standards

However, some product standards in China still show a "decreasing" pattern, that is, national standards are lower than international standards, ministerial standards are lower than national standards, and enterprise standards are lower than ministerial standards. Some enterprise product standards are even consistent for decades, obsolete, and a few products even have no standards to rely on. Even if such products can be exported abroad for a while, they often have a high performance rate and a high claim rate. Many experiences show that adopting international standards to improve product quality is not only a prerequisite for promoting the internationalization of Chinese enterprises' products, but also the potential to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises' products in the international market. In view of this, at this stage, China should pay close attention to the cultivation and introduction of talents, take the development of talents as the fundamental strategy for the development of China's packaging industry, improve the awareness of talent development, and cultivate an excellent team of packaging experts; We should increase investment in packaging education and strengthen post technical training and continuing education in the packaging industry; We should gather high-quality talents in the packaging industry, establish a talent development center, constantly master the latest development trends and technologies in the same industry abroad, digest and absorb them, and promote the improvement of production technology and product development of packaging enterprises. Only in this way can we improve the overall strength of China's packaging industry in the competitive world economy
