Eight notes on the use of rice mills

1 The installation of the main and auxiliary machines should be stable and reliable, the length and tightness of the transmission belt should be appropriate, and the rotating and transmission parts should be equipped with protective covers

If it does not meet the requirements, stop the machine and adjust the spacing of the outlet plug plate or meter knife

4. When the accuracy, broken rice and broken grain meet the requirements, try to open the inlet plug plate as large as possible until the load is full

5. Regularly clean the bran at the outlet of the rice machine to keep the outlet unblocked

6. If rice grains and whole rice are mixed in the fine bran, immediately check whether the rice screen is damaged and leaking rice, and take corresponding measures

7. During work, always check the fastening of belts and screws, bearing temperature and lubrication. For the floor system, replace parts and wall materials when necessary. If the sound of the rice machine is abnormal, immediately stop the machine for inspection, and there is oil stain on the gear rod Do not operate forcibly if dirt or upper limit plate of gear bar is pressed too tightly

8. Always pay attention to the cleaning of rice. Iron blocks, nails, bricks and other hard objects shall not be clamped in the rice, and iron wires shall be installed in the feed hopper
